Bithive Financial ("Bithive", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of every client. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the safeguards that protect it.
1. Information we collect
Identity data (name, date of birth, government ID), contact data (email, phone, address), banking data (accounts, transactions, cards), device and session data, and any documents you upload for verification.
2. How we use your information
To provide banking services, perform KYC and AML compliance, prevent fraud, service your accounts, and communicate operationally. We do not sell personal data.
3. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based, fully audited, and protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@bithive.finance. Regulatory retention requirements may apply to certain banking records.
